2010 archives
There was a bit of rain this afternoon in Melbourne and it reminded me of a couple of frames I took some time back. Of those I enjoyed this one the most.
So I think it’s time for me to get back to the street. I’ve got one class left until schools out for two months and I’m really looking forward to getting out and about to do some shooting for myself. My wife and I were out in the city last weekend checking out the Polish [...]
Working on some new images for my folio and thought I’d share one from Friday that I quite enjoyed.
So it’s been pretty busy lately with both parts of my next folio in their final stages (edit/select/print/mount). This has left me hardly any time to just get out onto the street and get lost with my camera. In saying this I always have my iPhone with me and enjoy using it to capture the [...]
After a few days off sick, Sylvie and I decided to venture out to check out theĀ Finders Keepers Market, which is on this weekend down in Docklands. So with tissues and nose spray in hand we jumped in the car and headed out :) Here’s a few shots from the market…

So a while back I posted this image in black & white, as I was unsure of the colour. At the time I felt the colours where far to strong and overpowering. I’d be interested in hearing some feedback on what others think of the two and if there is a preferred one.
Although it took me a while to pick up on the iPhone, since I’ve owned one I’ve loved it for one thing… its a camera. Not a good one, but a camera none-the-less. So I try to use it when I’m out and about without my DSLR. When it comes to image making for me [...]
Well following on from last nights post, here is another image from Fashion+Aid 2010, an event that I shot on Saturday night. You can see the rest of the set over on my Flickr page
